We do not offer any refunds, should we arrive and the bin/bins are not accessible a refund will not be given and you may still be charged. Our working hours are 9am till 7pm during peak season (summer).

Payment's are due within 48 hours of the clean, overdue payment's will have an admin fee of £2 per bin added.
