Bin bookings MUST be for the day of collection, customers will receive a text reminder the evening before the clean.

The bin needs to be accessible at all times till the clean that day.

Should the bin not be accessible a charge of £3 will be applied. We do NOT clean bins with paint, loose feces, cat litter or harmful chemicals inside them.

Payment is due within 24 hours of the clean or a £1 charge will be added.

Our staff have the right to refuse cleans for hazardous and health reasons
